I wanted to show you these wooden figurines.

Matt gave me these tokens every time he and his 

friend went off camping. 

First came the Platypus.

Then the two Little Owls.

Followed by the Emperor Penguin.

It makes me smile when I see them. 

   

   

   

I just love spontaneous photo shoots and rush orders! A friend of mine is currently doing commerce at the University and she needed a few photos for an "Advertising Proposal" for her assignment and I was recruited to help with taking the photos! I was delighted as per usual. I just love fashion photography! I really think I learnt something today! I have so many exclamation marks in this paragraph I must be excited! 

The proposal was done for the brand "CUE" both my friend Ramona and I are in love with the brand so it was a perfect excuse for everyone to strut around in their best dresses! 

I hope you have enjoyed the little sneaky peek to the enchanting world I visit once every photoshoot! With that, I think its my cue to leave.. see what I did there?

I have been so busy lately, doing some personal training session! Stressing about the future and now I finally have a day off work, planning to clean my whole entire room as some visitors are coming over.. FROM GERMANY! 

I feel so relaxed now but I realised I haven't done many blogging lately and that I have missed last week's wallpaper wednesday.. I will hopefully make up for that sometime. 

But for now.. I am happy to be me! I am excited about Saturday's Christmas shopping with Matt and I am Thrilled for my Dad's coming home for Christmas!

Last Saturday, Matt and I went to a cute little cafe in his hometown by the sea. It was so adorable and was overflowing with artsy, cute things. It was actually part of a flower shop and we both had the freshly squeezed lemonade (served in a cute glass jar) and a really nice bruschetta platter.

We then went for a nice long drive to get pies! But that's a story for another time. For now, I will let the pictures do the talking.

p.s. I finished my exams!!! freedom until March!! 

Matt and I are celebrating (well not really.. we are too busy with exams and things) but we will be celebrating our one year and 6 months today! He is very very lovely and I was so surprised when he came by after his work which is one hour away to give me this lovely presents. I can't wait to make some chocolates! Hope you are all having a lovely day!

You know that feeling you get when you open a letter?? Ahh.. I received a few things in the mail today, one of which was this letter! Even with all the technology around us, nothing beats that feeling of ripping (well in my case gently unravelling) into a letter!

For a while now, I had been looking for something to wear. A permanent "signature" that I won't have to take off but would still maintain. I think I found it today. I was browsing after work and saw this really adorable anchor. If you had seen my previous tale thief banner, it had an anchor too. I have always loved anchors. I want to be more well-grounded in all things I undertake and I think this really symbolise that well. 

It's also the first diamond item I have ever bought myself. I have always shopped for other people's gifts but I am admittedly a bit stingy when spending on myself so I thought, why not? Once in a while I am going to tell myself that I appreciate me for being alive and me. Do something nice for yourself!

I had the best pre-exams celebration. As it was the last night before we lose our "freedom" for the next 2.5 weeks, Matt and I went to a ball! It was so much fun.. well the dancing part was great but I didn't want to bring my 7D with me cause I didn't want to lose it.. so this holiday I am going to work hard and get my self a little camera I can take around! Wish I had gotten more pictures! and I am less afraid of using the flash these days :) a cute post to come very soon.. maybe tomorrow? or in the after wednesday afternoon. Functional exam...

p.s. doesn't M look cute in his little bow tie? I think I got him that for Christmas.. or his birthday I can't remember. He is really good at Piano and he love his music so.. there you have it! Oh and it matched that night's DJs tie, except theirs were the normal long ties.. not bow ties.. bow ties are cool. 

I am a huge fan of Doctor Who.. It's a recent thing though, for me anyway... I want to watch the serials however there is so many! So I am sticking with the newer version starting from the 9th Doctor. For now.. Sadly, I finished all the episodes in about 4 weeks (mainly due to being away in Indonesia). 

I don't know if you guys are a fan or not but it doesn't seem right not to show you this.. 

The obsession started with my brother and he infected me with the Doctor.. how IRONIC! infectious doctor! So, my brother went and got himself a sonic screwdriver!! It is so cool and it makes the same noise and everything.. I know it's a little nerdy.. 

On top of that, there is a Doctor Who Concert at the Sydney Opera House this December! I really want to go but I don't know if I should or not.. 

Anyways. That's a little something new about me.

It's official! I have a relationship gut... well it has been there for a few months now :( I can feel my muscles underneath.. it's actually pretty crazy how much I can notice it now... Time to hit up the gym I think.. harder than ever this time! I recently posted my goal for this "month" in Thia's Tale which is my main fitness blog. So keep updated this way!!

Yes.. I am just like Barney (From How I Met Your Mother) now in the episode where he broke up with Robin! I have achieved my purpose in life! But seriously.. I don't mind it at all.. it's not like I got it from having doughnuts at 1 in the morning. I got it because I have been enjoying my self a little too much! I personally blame Matt for being so wonderful hahahaha

Either way, the Wedding in Indonesia is approaching! It's time for me to tone down again.. So many dresses to fit into! I also found out it'll be my grandparent's 60th anniversary.. that's pretty big!

So the other day matt and I went to putt-putt golf and afterwards, we decided to take a couple of shots for a concept that has been playing in my mind over and over.. It was of Superman and Lana Lane.. The thing was, I had a whole other idea on how we were going to do this but in the end, this is what we came up with..

Mind you, I was extremely tired by this time and we were both a little irritable that I didn't get to check the focus properly.. so I am somewhat blurry.. And also, I haven't been using GIMP for a while now.. so this is my first of hopefully many in a long time!

I hope you like it, I know it could be better executed, I will do a remake if I have time!

I don't know whether or not you saw my post about the polaroid, but I ended up getting it as a birthday present from my brother! :) I received it the day before yesterday and have loved using it so very very much!! I took it over on my trip to kiama yesterday but I couldn't get the nice background as it was starting to get dark and matt and I were shooting a conceptual photo.. which I still haven't looked at so I don't know whether or not it's ready for processing..

Here is my little love! So cuteeee!!

Hey All! I went out clubbing with a few of my friends.. I just thought I'd share a photo from that night.. it was a really great night! I had  so much fun.. there was snow in the outdoor area but you can't really see it on the photos I took on my phone but it was a lovely night and I just wanted to share with with you all :)

I will explain the bunny stuff... The nose and ears were mine but Matt decided to put it on cause it looked cute hahaha We "dressed up" as snow bunnies and because of that we got fast entry into the club! hahaha it was 2 minutes until they started charging entry.. SO LUCKY!

Apple PIE!! I am so excited to show you my very own apple pie!

About two years ago, I was mesmerised by the tv show Pushing Daisies. It was a magical show! I loved the dresses that one of the main character wore (Charlotte) but also by the pies that the pie maker made. 

That was why I was obsessed with making pies! I haven't made it since the beginning of 2011 but for a little high tea that I was holding, I decided to bake one! My first pie in a long time.. here is my progressive photos!

So, my birthday is coming up in a few days... the 22nd (which is this SUNDAY!) and I'll be 20!!!
I am a little excited and a little nervous.. mainly because I haven't done everything that teen me wanted to do when I was younger.. Time flies!!!

Anyways, to celebrate "growing up" or whatever.. I have decided to splurge.. and this time not on shoes...

You all know from the blog that I love photography and I am trying to get through the whole heap of photos from Steph and Ivan's Photoshoot (here is a taste of what's to come).. I have decided to purchase something that would give me a somewhat easier alternative to photography. No editing. No stress..

However, I am hoping to receive this before the 4th of August when I'd be having my "party" My friends and I are all heading up to sydney for a fun filled chill session!

So yea.. I would really like to purchase it ASAP but my source tells me that it won't arrive until the 6th if I purchase from them.. but they're the cheapest one.. by about $60..

What do you think? Worth the wait?? I'm eyeing the Fujifilm Instax Mini 25 and I don't know if I should get it or not... Help!?! I am also considering the cost of the film for these..

Hello Blogger!

I have been away for quite sometime! It's because I've been busy with lots and lots of FOOD and HAPPINESS!

Well not all day everyday, but most of the time..

So....... I thought I'd share with you several photos from my food journey!

Firstly, I went to the Ribs&Rack where they had a challenge to eat 1kg of Steak, 1kg of Ribs and 1Kg of Fries! Went there with my family and a friend of mine (who did the challenge and actually finished it!!!!)
